PhauksCalc is a general-purpose calculation and text-editing tool developed by PhauksWorks. This page explains important limitations that apply when using PhauksCalc and its results.

Calculation results

PhauksCalc is designed to assist with calculations, but no calculator or software system should be assumed to be error-free. Results may be affected by user input, formulas, settings, rounding, numerical precision, unit choices, software defects, device behavior, or other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing inputs and determining whether a result is appropriate for your intended use. Important or consequential calculations should be independently verified using another reliable method before you rely on them.

Not professional advice

PhauksCalc may include functions useful for financial, statistical, date/time, conversion, programmer, scientific, or other calculations. The availability of a function does not make PhauksCalc or PhauksWorks a provider of financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical, engineering, safety, or other professional advice.

When a decision requires professional judgment, regulatory compliance, safety analysis, or other specialized expertise, consult an appropriately qualified professional and independently verify the underlying information and calculations.

Your data and formulas

You are responsible for the formulas, expressions, variables, custom functions, notes, documents, keyboard definitions, and other content you create or use with PhauksCalc. Keep appropriate copies or backups of information that is important to you.

Software availability and changes

PhauksWorks may correct, modify, add, remove, or change PhauksCalc features and behavior in future versions. Compatibility with every device, Android version, file, formula, workflow, or third-party service is not guaranteed.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PhauksCalc is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees that results will always be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing on this page excludes any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PhauksWorks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on PhauksCalc or its results. Nothing on this page limits liability where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
